Terms and Conditions:

Wedding Bookings

1.1 Your wedding booking date will be held tentatively for seven days, from the date Skye Beauty accepts your booking, if no deposit has been made.

1.2 Confirmation of your booking is required in a bank payment screenshot, and a 30% deposit payment is to be made within seven days of making your booking (unless opting to pay via an agreed direct debit payment plan, in which the full payment can be paid off in regular instalments over time).

If the 30% deposit or the completed payment plan direct debit form, are not received by Skye Beauty within seven days, the booking date will be released and your booking may be cancelled. Exceptions and extensions may apply at management’s discretion.

1.3 7 days prior to your wedding date, 100% of your remaining wedding cost is required to be paid.

1.4 Once you have booked your wedding and paid your deposit and you decide one month prior to your wedding date that you need to cancel your booking, your deposit can be refunded if this has been made clear at least one month before your booking.

Other Service Deposits

2.1 A 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking your appointment.

The 30% deposit is to be paid, before your booking is secured.

Skye Beauty reserves the right to release any tentative bookings after the 48 hours.

Cancellations

3.1 Once you have booked and paid your deposit for all other services excluding weddings, and you decide you want to cancel your booking, your deposit will be saved for use of another time as store credit. Refunds are not available, but can be arranged at management’s discretion for reasons that are out of the client’s control.

3.2 Once you have booked your wedding and paid your deposit and you decide one month prior to your wedding date that you need to cancel your booking, your deposit can be refunded if this has been made clear at least one month before your booking.

3.3 If you are sick or unwell and cancel 24-48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be saved for use of another time as store credit and you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee of your appointment total.

Late Fees

4.1 If you are five-ten minutes late you will receive a message from Skye Beauty to remind you of our late policy but no late fee will be required.

4.2 If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and have not messaged Skye Beauty to make them aware of this, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be saved for use of another time as store credit and you will be charged a 10% late fee of the full amount from the service you had booked.
